WHO THE ASSIST IS FOR

One platform, four winners every game day

Brands, creators, bars, and fans all plug into the same fan club engine so everyone feels like they own a piece of it.

Brands and products

Sponsor a team’s fan club and get weekly content, on-site branding, and a real-world touchpoint fans remember.

CPG, food, drink, apps, merch.

Creators and fan pages

Attach your name to a real clubhouse without running a bar. Get paid monthly while we handle RSVPs and logistics.

Turn followers into regulars.

Bars and venues

Lock in a team and a sponsor so Sundays and playoffs feel like home games instead of coin-flip nights.

Fill slow nights with the right crowd.

Fans and communities

Stop guessing where to watch. You get a consistent home bar, perks on entry, and a group you actually see again.

Bills Mafia to Love Island.

HOW SPONSORED FAN CLUBS WORK

From idea to weekly fan club in about a week

We take the chaos of IRL watch parties and turn it into a simple, repeatable package.

Step 1

Pick your team

You choose the fan base and city you want to own. Bills, Packers, Celtics, Love Island, you name it.

You get a clear, ownable lane.
Step 2

We lock in the bar

We match the club with a home bar and simple perks like free beer on entry or $1 wings.

The bar sees you as the reason fans are there.
Step 3

Creator and captain plug in

A creator or fan page promotes, and a local social captain runs check-ins, sweepstakes, and vibes on site.

You do not have to be in the room.
Step 4

Fans RSVP and return

Fans RSVP through TheAssist, check in, and earn rewards. You get content and simple stats every week.

The club compounds instead of resetting.

You get a recurring IRL asset. Fans get a home. Bars get regulars. Creators get a club worth promoting.

SOCIAL CAPTAINS

The human layer that keeps this off your calendar

Every club has a local fan who acts as captain. They keep things moving, so you and the creator do not have to be at every game.

  • They arrive fifteen minutes early, welcome people, and make the bar feel like a clubhouse instead of a random night.
  • They handle check ins through TheAssist, so you know who actually showed and who keeps coming back.
  • They grab a few clips and photos every event. We turn those into recap content you can reuse.
  • They run simple perks and sweepstakes, like free beers for early arrivals or a jersey drawing at halftime.

Captains earn free drinks, perks, and recognition. You get reliable humans on the ground instead of another thing you have to personally run.

FAQ

Questions you might be asking

If something matters for your brand, bar, or community, we probably have thought about it already.

What if only five or ten people show up?
This still works. Sponsors are paying for recurring content, alignment with a specific fan base, and the feeling of owning a club, not a 200 person blowout. Often the best nights are 8–15 regulars who keep coming back.
Do creators have to be at every event?
No. Creators attach their name to the club and promote it. Social captains and TheAssist handle the on site check ins, perks, and content so creators do not burn out.
Who finds the bar and sets up the specials?
We usually handle that with our existing bar partners, but we can also work with bars you already know. We keep the perks simple: a drink on entry, wing or burger specials, and one sweepstakes per night.
How long is the commitment?
Most partners start with a two month run for one team. That is enough time to see content, repeat fans, and fit. After that you can renew, add more teams, or use the toolkit for your own events.
Can this work outside of sports?
Yes. The same model works for reality TV, F1, UFC, and any show that people want to watch together. If there is a fandom and a screen, we can make it feel like a club instead of a random night.
What if I just want to use the tool and not sponsor?
That is what the 40 dollars per month host plan is for. You can run your own events with RSVPs, loyalty, and passes. If you later want a sponsor, we can help you plug one in.
