For clubs, creators & venues

Turn your audience into a room.

Launch a night people actually come back to. Pick the room, sell the night, run it live, and reward the regulars — start with one event and build a club around it.

In-app engagement modules

The night runs live inside the app

Every module is per-event, operator-controlled, and already wired to attendance — so engagement means people in the room, not impressions.

Tickets & RSVPs

Free or paid, squad pricing, fan passes. Money lands via Stripe.

Check-in

QR check-in at the door. Know exactly who showed, not just who clicked.

Live trivia

Operator-controlled rounds, leaderboard, tiebreakers, winner draws.

Sweepstakes

Attendance-gated prize draws that reward the people in the room.

Deals

Single-use drink and food specials, redeemed and tracked in-app.

Loyalty

Check-in streaks unlock rewards. Regulars get treated like regulars.

Announcements & polls

Push updates and run votes while the night is live.

Sponsor reports

Shareable post-event reports: attendance, redemptions, engagement.

Demand shows up before you do.

On the fan side, people tap in to games they want to watch together. When a room keeps filling around your community, that's your signal — turn it into a club, a recurring night, or a sponsored series.

FAQ

Organizer questions

Do I have to be a big brand or creator to use this?
No. You can start with a single club, a small local brand, or a tight friend community. The tools are the same for everyone, and you can scale up once it works.
What if only five or ten people show up?
This still works. Sponsors pay for recurring content, alignment with a specific fan base, and the feeling of owning a club — not a 200-person blowout. Often the best nights are 8–15 regulars who keep coming back.
Do creators have to be at every event?
No. Creators attach their name to the club and promote it. Social captains and TheAssist handle on-site check-ins, perks, and content so creators don't burn out.
Who finds the bar and sets up the specials?
Self-serve: use any venue you like. Managed: we can help secure a venue and a social captain, then shape a simple run of show for the night.
Can this work outside of sports?
Yes. The same model works for reality TV, F1, UFC, and any show people want to watch together. If there's a fandom and a screen, it can feel like a club instead of a random night.

One event. Then a club.

Start with a single night and let the machine do the heavy lifting.
